This is a web order form for purchasing products from My Dad's Trains. Orders can by made through the web, by e-mail, via phone (866) 384-0847 Toll Free, through the Postal Mail or via fax (508) 384-3555.

The web order process is:

• You fill out and submit this form.  If there is not enough item lines on this form please fill out this form complete and then fill out a second form with your name and 'Additional Items" in the address line.  Thank You.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready to ship.
• If shipment will be delayed, you will be notified immediately.

If you have any questions concerning your order, please do not hesitate to inquire through email.

You may submit this encrypted form with your credit card number or enter "By FAX, By Mail" or "By Phone" as your credit card number or phone us the appropriate information.  Orders paid by Paypal, Credit Card or Money Order will be shipped as soon as stock is available.  Orders paid by Check will take the additional time for the check to clear.

If you do not want to send your credit card via the Web you may enter Phone 
or Postal-mail in the credit card number field and send in you credit card 
information that way.  You may also e-mail your credit card information in two
different e-mails, the first email should contain your Name, Credit Card Billing Address,
and the first 8 numbers of your credit card.  The second email should contain your
Name, your shipping address (if not above), the last 8 numbers of your credit card, 
the expiration month and year as mm/yy and the rightmost 3 digits within the signature
block on the back of your card (label in your email as "sec cde".  A print-out of this page
can also be FAXed to (508) 384-3555.
